Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 working days from receipt of the item to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

(a) in its original packaging; b) with labels; c) intact, soiled or otherwise damaged; d) unworn; When returning an item, the buyer must return the invoice that the buyer received in the garment box.

Refunds will only apply to the price paid for the garment(s), meaning that shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and inform you about your right to a refund by e-mail. by post no later than within 30 days of receipt of the goods you are returning and a completed return form.

If the buyer bought the product with a discount, the amount paid with the discount valid at that time is returned.

We do not apply refunds for goods that have been customized according to the individual requirements of the buyer or ordered according to an individual tailoring order.

We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
